RG Standard Consulting is a strategic advisory founded by Renz Gonzales, drawing on ten years in performance marketing — building partnerships at scale, leading business development, and doing the on-the-ground work of moving revenue in iGaming and affiliate ecosystems.

Where the work happens

Southeast Asia's regulated markets, and the Philippines in particular, are where the deepest operating context lives: licensing regimes, partner networks, payment rails, and the local details that decide whether an entry holds. Engagements run globally, but most of the iGaming work sits inside SEA's regulatory perimeter. The bulk is remote, with travel for the engagements that warrant it.

About the name

"RG" carries two meanings.

Revenue Growth is what every engagement is ultimately accountable to. Advisory work does not survive if the number does not move.

Responsible Growth is the posture. iGaming and performance marketing have spent a decade scaling on tactics that rarely survive the next regulatory cycle. The brands that compound over ten years are the ones that scale responsibly.
